Government Policy on Collection and Disposal of Solid Waste
The local district authorities in Uganda attach great importance to the environment sanitation, to maintain the health quality standards especially in the growing urban area and therefore the residents who generate solid waste to pay fees according to the 2000 ordinance of Kampala Capital City Authority.
