At the heart of our operations is ShambaSmart—a groundbreaking mobile and web-based platform that redefines transparency and efficiency in cooperative block farming.
Our cooperative aggregates over 3,600 smallholder farmers, mainly youth and women, across 1,000+ acres in Eastern Uganda. ShambaSmart is designed to attract both local and international investors, enabling them to directly participate in youth-led block farming ventures with complete confidence and oversight.

Through the app, members and stakeholders receive timely notifications on profit distribution, new investment windows, and crop status updates, all in multiple languages and accessible even on low-end devices. With robust reporting and compliance with Ugandan data protection laws, ShambaSmart’s transparent, data-driven approach ensures that every shilling is accounted for.
