Zivamuntuyo Mushroom Farm Mayuge

Zivamuntuyo (Ziva) is a Mushroom farm that whose main aim is to skill the youth and other interested subjects in Mushroom growing in order to reduce the unemployment gap and also provide other sources of income to supplement house hold income.
we encourage use of small places even backyards of urban dwellers (not necesarrily large plots of land) to grow mushroom ,
we chose mushroom growing because its less labour intensive and has a short gestation period there fore the rewards are immediate.
future plans
we hope to include wine making(mushroom wine) as a bi-product of the mushroom production.
