Our Purpose
OxyCare Uganda aims to improve healthcare systems to prevent deaths related to lack of access to medical oxygen among vulnerable groups, especially newborns and children. To achieve this, we specialize in sustainably enhancing biomedical human resources for health by recruiting, training, and deploying biomedical technicians at local and hard-to-reach hospitals. We focus on assessing, maintaining, repairing, and distributing oxygen concentrators, cylinders, and other medical supplies. We work towards increasing access to medical oxygen by training health facility medical oxygen concentrator users and creating community awareness.
