Youth Charity Platform Club, in partnership with Kingz Squad Creations, is looking for an Online Technology Trainer / Mentor to deliver engaging virtual sessions and guide ambitious youth on their tech journey. We are on a mission to make technological education accessible and affordable to youth globally. Through hands-on training and mentorship, we empower young minds to master digital tools, develop practical tech skills, and create innovative solutions that transform their communities. Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Online Technology Trainer / Mentor to deliver virtual training sessions, guide students, and support their growth in technology. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in digital tools and software but also has the ability to inspire, mentor, and foster a growth mindset in young learners. Key Responsibilities: Deliver interactive online training sessions on technology topics, including but not limited to: coding, digital marketing, data analysis, and software applications. Mentor and guide students through their learning journey, providing constructive feedback and practical advice. Create and update training materials, resources, and learning aids for online delivery. Track student progress and provide regular reports to management. Collaborate with the program team to improve course delivery and outcomes. Promote a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in technology training, mentoring, or relevant industry roles. Strong knowledge of digital tools, software, and emerging technologies. Excellent online communication and presentation skills. Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor youth. Experience with e-learning platforms, Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools. Patience, creativity, and adaptability to cater to learners of different skill levels.
