Dynamic Agro-Link Co LTD syarted as Dynamic Agrilink investment club during our University Internship program where we voluntarily trained youths in Mushroom farming and connected them to sustainable markets.
The Name change to Dynamic Agro Link Company LTD after transforming to a company Limited by Shares. Currently, we have a membership of 3000 rural and peri-urban youths whose source of livelihood is agriculture and group of 5 companies(consultants). We organize the youths into groups and hubs according to their age, value chain and geographical location. Leadership, administration and advocacy trainings follow-up to strengthen their skills.
In accordance to their value chains, consultants are employed to build their capacity in agronomy, post harvest handling and marketing and sales skills, financial management amongst others.
In our first year of operation, we were able create over 600 jobs in different value chains and this ceased when we experienced a lock down where movement to the market with produce was impaired due to COVID 19,
