Gordon’s Agricultural Organisation-Uganda (GAO-UG) Limited
GAO-UG is a youth-led social enterprise based in Alebtong District, Northern Uganda. We empower rural youths, young women & men, and persons with different abilities by providing access to quality agricultural inputs, affordable irrigation solutions, practical training, agro-processing opportunities, and strong market linkages. Our mission is to create dignified employment and improve food security—ensuring marginalized groups in Northern Uganda thrive economically and socially.
Mission
To empower youth, women, men, and persons with disabilities in rural Uganda through inclusive access to agricultural resources, knowledge, and markets—creating dignified jobs, sustainable livelihoods, and food-secure communities.
Vision
A prosperous, food-secure Northern Uganda where youth and differently-abled farmers thrive through innovation, empowerment, and equitable agricultural development.
