Start Young Prosper Uganda

Start Young Prosper Young Limited is an award-winning social enterprise contributing to improved livelihoods through the rosemary value chain, business development and business literacy facilitation among young women and the youths. We are involved in agriculture; we grow, add value and sell rosemary products and women are involved in all the levels of value chain, they are paid to do the work they do. We offer business literacy facilitation trainings to women and companies supporting them, some from ideation level and others at the level of improving how they run their business to become more profitable. We also have school skills outreach programs where we go to different upper primary and secondary schools’ financial literacy clubs to provide skills sessions among the students. So far, we have been able to reach out to 3500 young women, 10 women serving companies and 0ver 4000 students in the past 4 years of operation.
